What to Expect / Requirements

    •    Space & access: level surface for a 65”W × 142”L × 69”H trailer; clear 8’ vertical clearance recommended.

    •    Power: not required for taps (LED is solar).

    •    Kegs: standard Sankey D; Cornelius available on request.

    •    Capacity planning:

    •    ½ barrel (15.5 gal) ≈ 165 12-oz pours

    •    ¼ barrel (7.75 gal) ≈ 82 12-oz pours

    •    Quick rule: 1–1.5 drinks/guest/hour. (Example: 100 guests × 4 hrs ≈ 400–600 pours → ~3–4 half-barrels total across your taps.)

Policies

    •    Booking retainer: 30% to reserve your date (applied to total).

    •    Damage deposit hold: $250 (released after pickup if no issues).

    •    Reschedule: free once with 30+ days’ notice; otherwise subject to availability & rate changes.

    •    Cancellation: retainer non-refundable; 7 days or less = 50% due; 48 hours or less = 100% due.

    •    Alcohol & licensing: We do not sell alcohol. Client provides all beverages and is responsible for any permits/venue rules. Staffed packages cover responsible service only.

    •    Travel: 20 miles included; beyond that $2.25/mi round-trip from downtown Wichita.
